We’re excited to extend our work guarantee to up to five years, protecting against corrosion from the inside out, paint fading, and surface lifting for most powder-coated items! Our meticulous process delivers the highest-quality results, featuring thorough blast cleaning, precise phosphate washing and masking, a zinc-rich powder-coat primer, and a high-quality powder-coat finish.

Glows in the dark lacquer coating, can be applied to any bright colour finish water base or powder coat finish. Gives a florescent finish in the daylight.

Metallic Powder Coatings

We hold a wide and vivid range of special metallic powder coatings. Additional colours can be ordered in on request.

Clear Ceramic Coating

Our High Performance Clear Ceramic Coating is the strongest clear coat on the market. It leads the industry in hardness, chemical resistance, wear performance and UV stability.

Chrome Effect

This process involves applying a dry powder to a metal surface, which is then cured with heat to form a long-lasting protective layer.

Powder Coated Wheels

We work to special procedures for all alloy car and motorcycle rims. We will never use corrosive chemicals or acids on your wheels during the cleaning stage.

PISTON COAT

V Series Piston Coat is an oven cure ceramic thin film thermal barrier coating, designed to be applied on the top of pistons, top of valves and the combustion chamber on cylinder heads.

Motorcycle Frames

With careful preparation and attention to detail, our powder coating achieves a finish that can match most wet paints.

Vehicle Chassis

Steam cleaning is essential to remove salts oil and general contaminants. Once blasted, a full check is carried out for rust damage, broken welds or fitting.

If you receive a genuine written quote from a reputable supplier for equivalent services, we will match or beat that price. Specifically, we guarantee to undercut any powder coating business within a 30-mile radius of our CM9 4ER postcode by 10%, subject to the following terms.

A cracking job of our wrought iron table

The guys did a cracking job of our very old wrought iron table and chairs.not only did they do the powder coating but they fixed up the chairs for us. The whole thing feels like new again and looks fantastic. Thanks again guys - and you can have all the wood from our dead red Robin tree if you pop round for it!

Another company had previously power coated my cambelt and rocker cover but they made a mess out of it and ended up re-doing it. Repair Work at MSB

Not just another powder coater, here at MSB we offer repair work too! A past project, cutting away corrosions and welding a new section to fix this frame.

Refurbished Frame

Here we have a refurbished frame & parts. Prep work includes gentle bead blast cleaning, masking work on all vital areas, zinc base powder coat primer, Illusion blue colour coat & clear coat lacquer finish coat. All coats are oven cured. Powder coating offers a tough finish with a very long life.
