High-Performance Self Phosphating Coating is now available from Maldon Shot Blasting.
A solvent-based, black-pigmented blend of resins and a phosphating base. It gives a coating excellent corrosion resistance when applied by dip, spray gun or brush.
TRIMAGUARD 19 AS A BASE PRIMER
Adding another weapon against corrosion.
Trimaguard 19 can also be an excellent base primer coat for powder-coated items.

A normal, thin (~ 8 micron) film has excellent corrosion resistance when stoved and can be used as a finish or overcoated satisfactorily with most stoving and powder coating products. Enhanced durability can be achieved by applying further coats.
