Bead Blasting

Bead blasting is a very effective but gentle process leaving items clean rust free and is in our opinion far superior over soda blasting.

BEAD BLASTING PROCESS

Bead blasting is a process in which small spheres of glass or other abrasive material are blasted at high pressure against a surface. Ideal for removing rust, paint, or other debris from the metal surface.

Ideal for delicate substrates

Blasting with Plastic Media prevents damage to delicate substrates and is therefore an excellent alternative to hard abrasives as well as chemical stripping.
