Our meticulous process delivers the highest-quality results, featuring thorough blast cleaning, precise phosphate washing and masking, a zinc-rich powder-coat primer, and a high-quality powder-coat finish.

Glows in the dark lacquer coating, can be applied to any bright colour finish water base or powder coat finish. Gives a florescent finish in the daylight.
Metallic Powder Coatings

Clear Ceramic Coating
Our High Performance Clear Ceramic Coating is the strongest clear coat on the market. It leads the industry in hardness, chemical resistance, wear performance and UV stability.
Chrome Effect
This process involves applying a dry powder to a metal surface, which is then cured with heat to form a long-lasting protective layer.
Powder Coated Wheels
We work to special procedures for all alloy car and motorcycle rims. We will never use corrosive chemicals or acids on your wheels during the cleaning stage.
PISTON COAT
V Series Piston Coat is an oven cure ceramic thin film thermal barrier coating, designed to be applied on the top of pistons, top of valves and the combustion chamber on cylinder heads.

With careful preparation and attention to detail, our powder coating achieves a finish that can match most wet paints.
Vehicle Chassis
Steam cleaning is essential to remove salts oil and general contaminants. Once blasted, a full check is carried out for rust damage, broken welds or fitting.
